We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives and deepen the community connections that enable us to raise funds to enhance healthcare services in the region.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, and as the senior operating officer of the Foundation, the Executive Director is responsible for implementing the Board’s strategic direction, supporting and guiding the Board, leading day-to-day operations, providing financial accountability, and managing the relationships essential to the Foundation’s success.

The Executive Director is supported by a committed volunteer Board of Trustees who put their knowledge, experience, energy and enthusiasm to work for the Foundation. Collectively, we strive to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment in which our contributions truly matter and, ultimately, make a difference for all people who access healthcare services in our community.

Type: Full-time, senior leadership
Location: Leduc, Alberta with some travel required and negotiable hybrid work environment
Start Date: January 24, 2025 or as negotiated
Terms: Full time; contract or employee agreement options
Compensation: Starting $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience plus benefits package
