I have volunteered with the Foundation for a long time. Whether the position was on the board or committees, the work needed to be done gave me a feeling of accomplishment when completed. Being a part of the Foundation makes you feel like you're doing something right for the betterment of the community.

When I found out I had been awarded the Healthcare Studies Scholarship I was ecstatic and extremely grateful. Earning a healthcare scholarship means so much more to me than just providing financial support - it signifies a recognition of my dedication to my goals. It further validates my commitment to helping others through healthcare and inspires me to continue to strive for excellence in my academic and professional pursuits.

I had my very successful and quality of life altering ENT procedure done at the Leduc Hospital. It was great to have this kind of procedure done close to home and everyone on staff was so helpful and assuring. Seamless from start to finish.

I want to thank the Leduc Community Hospital Foundation for the financial award. It means a lot to me to be able to put this towards my Addictions Counselling Diploma program. It relieves some financial stress as a student and as a mom as my practicum is coming up. I am very grateful for the support.

Our Mom, Pauline, was admitted to the hospital as a result of complications with lung cancer. She received excellent treatment, and our family cannot speak highly enough about the staff who provided care to her. In the following weeks, she was transferred to a palliative care room, where she continued to receive excellent care. When Mom passed away we thought it appropriate to direct donations in lieu of flowers to the people and the place that made her final days more comfortable. Thanks to the Palliative Care team and all of the nurses and staff who provided quality care to our Mom.
